Ingredients:
- 3 pounds chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
- ½ cup Antigua & Barbuda Wildflower Honey (ABWFH)
- 1 cup Caribbean ginger beer
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for added heat)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Chopped scallions or cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Set oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil.
- Prepare and Bake Wings:
- Toss wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then arrange on the prepared baking tray.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy and golden, turning halfway through.
